Distribution in Iran: Fars ( Atbaei et al. 2015), Mazandaran, Qazvin (de Beaumont 1957), South Khorasan ( Gussakovskij 1933), Tehran (de Beaumont 1957).

Remarks: The subspecies Lindenius pygmaeus armatus ( Vander Linden, 1829) has been recorded from Iran ( Gussakovskij 1933; de Beaumont 1957; Atbaei et al. 2015).
