From the very short description by M. Pic, it was not possible to tell if this species belongs to Eugeusis View in CoL , Lamellipalpus View in CoL or Lamellipalpodes View in CoL . The single male type from "Shembaganur, India " (Tamil Nadu), deposited at MHNP, was examined. According to the shape of its head and antennae, it is clearly a member of Lamellipalpodes Maulik.
