REMARKS. This is the largest of the Bolivian Fidicinoides with wingspans of more than 110 mm. The body is castaneous with dark red on the basal areas of the wings, the distal fore wings and apex of the hind wings is smoky with infuscation on all the crossveins of the fore wings.
DISTRIBUTION. The species has been reported previously from Brazil and French Guiana ( Santos & Martinelli 2011; Sanborn 2011a; 2013).
