Type material: Holotype: male ( IZCAS), Guandi Cave [23º34.022'N, 107º40.763'E, ALT: 285m, T: 24°C, H: 90%], Bafeng Mountain, Pinguo County, Baise, Guangxi, China, August 3, 2009, C. Wang & Z. Yao leg. Paratypes: 16 males, 34 females, same data as holotype.

Etymology: The specific name is derived from the Latin word “aduncus”, meaning “hooked”, and refers to the hook-shaped female spermatheca; adjective.

Diagnosis: This new species is similar to T. grandidens Tong & Li, 2010 and T. yashanensis sp. nov., but can be distinguished from T. grandidens by the presence of six eyes ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 A, 3A), the cylindrical-shaped palpal bulb of male ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 A–B, 4A–B), and the hook-shaped spermatheca of female ( Figs 3 View FIGURE 3 C, 5D); from T. yashanensis sp. nov. by the shorter embolus ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 B, 6C), and the hook-shaped spermatheca of female ( Figs 3 View FIGURE 3 C, 5D).

Description: male (holotype). Total length 1.60 ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A). Prosoma 0.60 long, 0.55 wide. Opisthosoma 0.87 long, 0.75 wide. Sternum 0.42 long, 0.36 wide. Prosoma, sternum, yellow; legs, labium, endites and chelicerae pale yellow. Prosoma nearly round, with a pair of setae at the retrolateral side of eyes. Six eyes. Chelicerae longer than endites, with two teeth and three tiny granulous denticles on the promargin, and four small triangular teeth on the retromargin of fang furrow ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 A). Femur I with one row of macrosetae prolaterally, femur I and II with two rows of macrosetae dorsally. Patellae I–IV with one long macroseta on the distal part of dorsal surface. Tibia I–IV with one long macroseta dorsally (position 0.3). Leg measurements: I 4.82 (1.50, 0.25, 1.50, 0.95, 0.62); II 3.90 (1.25, 0.25, 1.15, 0.75, 0.50); III 2.75 (0.90, 0.20, 0.75, 0.50, 0.40); IV 3.34 (1.15, 0.25, 0.87, 0.62, 0.45). Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Opisthosoma dark green, covered with long setae. Bulb pale yellow, cylindrical. Embolus approximately 1/3 the length of bulb, the angle of embolus to the axis of bulb greater than 90° ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 A–B, 4A–B).

Female (one of the paratypes). Similar to male in coloration and general features, but with a smaller body size and shorter legs. Total length 1.50 ( Figs 3 View FIGURE 3 A–B). Prosoma 0.60 long, 0.55 wide. Opisthosoma 0.87 long, 0.87 wide. Sternum 0.41 long, 0.36 wide. Leg measurements: I 4.54 (1.37, 0.25, 1.40, 0.90, 0.62); II 3.72 (1.15, 0.25, 1.12, 0.70, 0.50); III 2.60 (0.85, 0.20, 0.70, 0.45, 0.40); IV 3.54 (1.12, 0.25, 1.00, 0 67, 0.50). Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Genital area with a row of setae on epigynal plate and a row of stout setae posterior to epigastric furrow ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C). Spermatheca elongate, curving ventrally and strongly hook-shaped in lateral view ( Figs 2 View FIGURE 2 C–D, 3C, 5A, B, D).

Variation: Total length: males 1.58–1.62 (n = 17), females (1.45–1.54) (n=34). Distribution: China (Guangxi) ( Fig. 38 View FIGURE 38 ), known only from the type locality.
