Description

Marginal fold S-shaped ( Fig. 11C View Figure 11 ), extending slightly beyond posterior tip of sorting area; oesophageal aperture at tip of marginal fold short recurved segment; sorting area crescentic, broad anteriorly, highly curving, tapering rapidly to pointed tip; sorting area pad, anterior flap, crescentic pads, and accessory marginal fold lacking; glandular pad forming long, broad, sinuous mound, extending far posterior to gastric shield, posteriorly subdividing gastric chamber; single digestive gland duct opening at left of glandular pad; crescentic ridge extremely long, paired along entire length with narrow, shallow intervening groove; groove emerging from oesophageal aperture, extending to digestive gland duct, turning sharply left and passing under shallow ledge below oesophageal aperture; groove turning posteriorly, continuing in broad arc around posterior end of glandular pad, following sinuous contour of pad; groove terminating under rounded flap behind gastric shield; accessory pads, caecum, and caecal folds lacking; U-shaped fold present below style sac aperture; typhlosoles unfused.
