Oriental: 1) India; Palearctic: 1) China (north), 2) Kyrgyzstan, 3) Pakistan (west) ( Hoogstraal 1970c, Filippova 1977, Kolonin 2009, Chen et al. 2010, Fedorova 2012, Zhao et al. 2021).

Camicas et al. (1998) listed Ixodes kashmiricus as being found only in the Oriental Region, but that statement is unjustified.
