Nearctic: 1) Canada, 2) USA ( Lubelczyk et al. 2007).

Kolonin (2009) did not include the USA within the range of Ixodes gregsoni , but this tick was identified from material collected in Maine and Vermont by Lubelczyk et al. (2007).
