Palearctic: 1) Iraq, 2) Israel, 3) Lebanon, 4) Palestine ( Saliba et al. 1990, Morel 2003, Keysary et al. 2011, Shubber et al. 2014, Ereqat et al. 2016).

Kolonin (2009) included Oman (Afrotropical Zoogeographic Region) within the distribution of Haemaphysalis adleri , based on Hoogstraal & Kim (1985), but its presence there was not confirmed in Papadopoulos et al. (1991). Oman is provisionally excluded from the range of Haemaphysalis adleri .
