6. Oncotympana sp.

Oncotympana viridicincta: Endo & Hayashi, 1979: 36 (nec Stål, 1870).

Distribution. Philippines (Mindanao).

Remarks. This species was misidentified as O. viridicincta ( Fig. 3 D, E) (from the Philippines) by Endo & Hayashi (1979). The specimens illustrated by Endo & Hayashi (1979) should belong to an undescribed species, which has forewing venation similar to O. viridicincta but an abdomen shape similar to O. pallidiventris ( Fig. 3 A, B) and has a unique shape of the male operculum.
