Distribution: China (CE, NO, SW), Japan, Korea, Russia (FE), Taiwan. [2a]

Hosts: Usually attacking the mulberry ( Morus alba ) ( Moraceae ), but also recorded from a number of other broad-leaved trees in other families ( Wood & Bright 1992). It is likely that some of these records are erroneous.

Biology: The biology and seasonal history is described by Krivolutskaya (1973).
