Shape: Narrow, elongate, sub­cuboidal, anterior pole truncated, slightly wider than posterior, polar profile sub­rectangular, dorso­ventrally flattened (Figs 176, 177, 179 & 180).

Characteristics: Egg unmarked apart from hexagonal cells with flat floors, aeropyles only visible on and around anterior pole. Cell walls narrow, slightly elevated in micropylar area (Figs 177, 179 & 180). Cells surrounding micropylar area outlined only by aeropyles (Fig. 177), aeropyles slightly elevated, aeropyle openings of irregular shape, small (Figs 177, 181 & 182). Chorion shallowly, sparsely ridged on middle of top of egg (Figs 181 & 182), granulated or blistered on anterior pole (Fig. 183).
