Diagnosis. Body length 1.4–2.8 mm; pronotal cervical area poorly pubescent with a few long setae (Fig. 26); neck bare; pleurostoma with semicircular blade anteriorly near base of mandibula (Fig. 24); notauli almost full (Fig. 25) to shallow anteriorly; mesoscutal suprahumeral sulcus absent (Fig. 24); female A 12 in dorsal view elongate; petiole of male long 0.40–0.45 times as long as T2.

Variation. Notauli almost full to extending 0.65 of mesonotum length (Figs 23, 25, 26). Female. Body length 1.9–2.8 mm. Wings 0.64–0.87 times as long as body. A9–A12 subquadrate to distinctly elongate; A1– A7 yellow to brown. Petiole 0.25–0.32 times as long as T2. Anterior scutellar pit with 2–4 carinae. Male. Body length 1.4–2.6 mm. A1–A12 yellow to brown; A2–A4 same color with A1 or A1 distinctly paler; A4 with keel extending to 0.46–0.53 of A4 length. Anterior scutellar pit with 2–5 carinae.
