Generic Diagnosis: The postclypeus bears two smaller carinae in addition to the typical median carina, giving the appearance that the postclypeus has three longitudinal carinae; the pygofer bears two processes between the anal tube and the subgenital plates; paramere subrectangular, with the dorsal process strongly developed and subapical spine either directed anteriorly or posteriorly; aedeagus subcylindrical with straight shaft and with two pairs of apical processes (short, wide, and hood-shaped).
Distribution: Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Panama.
