Liophlaeothrips ablusus Ananthakrishnan 1971: 113 View in CoL .

This species was described originally from 5 females and 2 males collected from galls of an Urticaceae View in CoL plant. Specimens studied. One female and one male paratype (both macroptera), India: Kerala: Walayar, Gall, 4.ii.1971, TNA 474, NPC.
