Holotype: OUM 8557 (Nowak-Kemp & Fritz 2010:14; illustrated in the original description, Pl. XIV suppl., illustration reproduced and type photographed in Blanck et al. 2006:32, Fig. 14; sampled genetically in Blanck et al. 2006 and Tiedemann et al. 2014).
