BRAZIL (Maranh„o, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Piauí, Paraíba, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Bahia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Distrito Federal, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, S„o Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul), BOLIVIA, PARAGUAY, ARGENTINA (Córdoba, Mendoza, Santa Fé, Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, and Buenos Aires), and URUGUAY.
