Distribution. Europeo-Maghrebian species, widely distributed in the northern part of Morocco (L’Mohdi 2016). In the Oriental Region, it was recorded in Za and Zeghzel rivers ( Chavanon et al. 2004). In addition, we collected it along the Moulouya, downstream in Melloulou River, and localities in eastern Morocco (see Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 ).
