Gerris (Gerris) lacustris (Linnaeus, 1758) View in CoL

Distribution. Palearctic species. In Morocco, it has been reported from several localities in the north of the country (L’Mohdi 2016). In the Oriental Region, Vidal (1937) recorded this species around Berkane ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 ). However, we did not collect it; thus, its presence in the study area and Morocco needs confirmation.
