Euconnus bisorientalis   nomen nov. for Euconnus (Napochus) orientalis Franz, 1975: 62   , fig. 8.

Etymology. The new name was formed by adding the prefix "bis-" (meaning the second) to the homonym epithet.

Remarks. The senior and junior objective homonyms were established for two different species (placed in different subgenera) described respectively from Sumatra and Thailand.
