Distr.: Colombia Cundinamarca (Melgar), Norte del Santader (Cúcuta), Tolima (Honda, Central; Melgar), Valle del Cauca (Candelaria Gorgona, several plantations within 1 mi of town square), Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guyana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela.
