Afrophaloria View in CoL n. sp. 1
( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A, Table 2)
I separate here a female that may belong to a new species. It originates from the same locality as Afrophaloria apiariensis Desutter-Grandcolas , n. sp. and is characterized by a very short ovipositor (see measurements below), a subgenital plate only slightly sinuate distally ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A) and a very dark coloration (tergites ochre brown, their distal margin largely bordered with black brown, the last tergites and supra anal plate entirely dark). The only specimen at hand could not be dissected.
Material examined. Gabon, Makandé, affluent Offoué, forêt des abeilles, 11°55'E 0°41'S, 220m, 1 female, 10.vii.1994, jour, fn31, litière (L. Desutter-Grandcolas), MNHN-EO-ENSIF3715.
