Etymology. The specific epithet is in honor of the German philosopher Friedrich W. Nietzsche, whose works have exerted a profound influence on contemporary philosophy and have given tremendous inspiration to the first author.

Diagnosis. Males can be distinguished from the closely related O. bokoblin sp. nov. by the tip of RTA that is not revolute ( Figs 180 View FIGURES 177–184 , 186 View FIGURES 185–188 ; vs. obviously revolute in O. bokoblin sp. nov.), and the ventral femoral bump of male palp that is absent ( Fig. 182 View FIGURES 177–184 ). Females can be distinguished by the rougher surface of spermathecae, and the accessory glands invisible in dorsal view of vulva ( Fig. 184 View FIGURES 177–184 ).

Description. Male. Habitus as shown in Fig. 177 View FIGURES 177–184 . Measurements of holotype: carapace length 1.19; abdomen length 0.96; measurements of eyes: AME 0.27, ALE 0.19, PME 0.05, PLE 0.17; measurements of legs: I 2.24 (0.71, 0.42, 0.51, 0.34, 0.26), II 1.66 (0.51, 0.31, 0.32, 0.29, 0.23), III 1.80 (0.59, 0.30, 0.33, 0.35, 0.23), IV 2.04 (0.62, 0.27, 0.43, 0.45, 0.27); leg formula 1432. Palp ( Figs 179–182 View FIGURES 177–184 ): embolus small and screw-like, embolic disc low, around base of embolus; lobe-like protrusion of tegulum relatively wide, with small tip well defined from other part; tegular lobe small, with small prolateral and retrolateral constrictions; RTA bent medially, tip rather broad, lamina-like; ventral femoral bump absent ( Fig. 182 View FIGURES 177–184 ).

Female. Habitus as shown in Fig. 178 View FIGURES 177–184 . Measurements of paratype: carapace length 1.10; abdomen length 1.10; measurements of eyes: AME 0.25, ALE 0.17, PME 0.05, PLE 0.15; measurements of legs: I 1.72 (0.52, 0.33, 0.35, 0.28, 0.24), II 1.57 (0.50, 0.30, 0.29, 0.26, 0.22), III 1.75 (0.55, 0.24, 0.34, 0.39, 0.23), IV 2.00 (0.60, 0.26, 0.45, 0.41, 0.28); leg formula 4312. Body dark, yellow setae on dorsal body sparse, legs lighter-colored.
