Material examined: IR24 Kerman Province, stream in Simk village (30°30'N 57°12'E), 2370 m asl., 27.07.2003, leg. Pesic GoogleMaps (0/2/0).

Remarks: The morphological features ( Di Sabatino et al. 2003) of T. cf. jasminae and its relative abundance in interstitial waters (compared with abundance in Iranian superficial waters, see: Pesic et al. 2004a) seem to indicate that the species is hyporheophilic.
