Geositta cunicularia (Vieillot, 1816)

This species was recorded year-round on the frontal dunes of Praia do Rincão. In 2013, it was recorded on March 17 th (three individuals), April 21 st (three individuals; WA942792),May 19 th (one individual),September 14 th (one individual) and December 21 st (six individuals). In 2014, it was recorded on February 15 th (one individual), March 29 th (one individual), June 29 th (three individuals),July 26 th (one individual), August 24 th (one individual), October 19 th (one individual; WA1583389), November 22 nd (one individual) and December 13 th (two individuals).In 2015,it was record- ed on January 16 th (one individual).In 2016,it was recorded on January 9 th (one individual) and 15 th (two individuals) and August 28 th (two individuals; WA2257977). In 2017, it was recorded on January 5 th (four individuals) and 6 th (two individuals;WA2433937) and February 2 nd (one individual) .
