Distribution. China (Xinjiang).

Diagnosis. This new species resembles A. (B.) cineretra . It can be separated from the latter by pale yellowish white ground color of the forewing, and in the male genitalia by the valva widest in the basal 1/5 and the straight phallus. In A. (B.) cineretra the ground color of the forewing is gray, the valva is widest in basal 2/5, and the phallus is arched or almost straight in the male genitalia.

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin albus, meaning white, and aureolus, meaning golden, indicating the pale yellowish-white forewing with golden patterns.
