This species has been cited for Slovenia (DROVENIK & PEKS 1999: 113) and Romania ( SEIDLITZ 1888: 23, HIEKE & WRASE 1988: 155), but subsequently was omitted for them (CATPAL 1: KABAK 2003: 419). D. atricapilus is here confirmed for both countries.
