Description. Male. Body size large. Head small, slightly wider than the anterior of pronotum. Rostrum slightly wider than antennal scape. Ocelli round, median ocellus largest. Eyes rather large. Postclypeus transverse wide, anteclypeus concave medially. Apical joint of maxillary palpi distinct longer than the third, depressed and widened, with rounded apex; apical joint of labial palpi rod-like, longer than remainder sections, depressed and widened. Pronotum transversely widened, trapezoid; anterior margin straight and the posterior somewhat convex, posterior margin wider than the anterior, middle of both lateral edges slightly concave. Tegmen bearing an oblique vein and three chord veins. Apical region degraded, lateral region bearing three Sc branches. Fore tibia only possessing external tympanum, elongate oval-like. Hind tibia bearing three dorsal spurs and two apical spurs on both sides respectively.

Genitalia. Shaped as columnar sheet. Lateral lobe of epiphallus protruded and the middle shallowly concave. Ectoparamere digitiform.

Female. Similar to male. Macropterous or brachypterous. Third segment of abdomen dark, remainder parts yellowish. Ovipositor straight and long.

Coloration. Maxillary palpi white, occiput ornamented with four white stripes. Pronotum white and middle part bearing brown stripes. Tegmen dark brown but veins pale yellow. Abdomen dark brown.

Measurements (mm). Male (n=3). BL 7.61±0.32, HW 2.15±0.21, PL 1.96±0.12, TL 4.55±0.20, HFL 5.37±0.41. Female (n=4). BL 7.42±0.54, HW 2.31±0.11, PL 1.87±0.16, TL 0.86±0.23 or 5.68±0.54, HFL 5.10±0.30, OL 5.89±0.41.
