General distribution. Palaearctic: Bulgaria, Iran.

Diagnosis: Width of head 1.8× its length in dorsal view; POL:OD:OOL—3:2.3:5; malar space 0.7–0.8× as wide as mandibular base; width of face 1.6–1.7× its height; antenna with 22 antennomeres, shorter than body, penultimate flagellomere 1.2–1.3× as long as wide; mesosoma 1.3–1.4 × as long as its maximum height; mesoscutum glabrous; propodeum smooth and without median carina; marginal cell of fore wing reaching wing apex; vein 3- SR 1.1× as long as vein 2-SR; length of pterostigma 2.8–3.0× its width; length of TI 1.1–1.3× as long as its apical width; ovipositor as long as metasoma; body mainly smooth and black; metasoma dark brown, legs light brown to yellow.
