Aldabra Islands, Bangladesh, Burma, Diego Garcia Atoll, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Kuwait, Laccadives, Malaysia, Maldives, Madagascar, Mauritius ( Børgesen, 1944: 30; 1950a: 44; 1952: 39), Pakistan, Réunion ( Payri, 1985: 640), Rodrigues (this paper), Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Yemen.
