Indian Ocean distribution. Australia, Bangladesh, Burma, Christmas Island, Djibouti, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritius ( Børgesen, 1945: 42), Mozambique, Pakistan, Rodrigues (this paper), Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand.
