Bangladesh, Djibouti, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Laccadives, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius ( Børgesen, 1942: 44–45; 1950a: 5; 1951: 35), Oman, Réunion ( Payri, 1985: 640), Rodrigues (this paper), Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania.
