Utilizes D-glucose, L-arabinose, D-mannose, D-mannitol, N -acetyl-glucosamine, D-maltose, and potassium gluconate capric acid. Does not utilize adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate, and phenylacetic acid. Strain CrO8 (= NIBRBAC 000502483) has been isolated from a freshwater algae sample, Nakdonggang River, Korea.
