The “ antiope group” is composed of three species characterized by the following characters: FW with four hyaline spots: two cellular (upper and lower) and two discal in M 3 –CuA 1 and CuA 1 –CuA 2; uncus with dorsal margin convex; cornuti as numerous spines, all with same size and disposed in lines; ductus bursae with a sclerotized thin–like plate with 2/3 of its length.
