Australia: Queensland; Cocos (Keeling) Islands; Christmas Island (Berents, 1983; Lowry & Hughes, 2009; Hughes & Lowry, 2011). India: Kilkkarai, Gulf of Mannar (Sivaprakasam, 1969). Society Islands: Moorea (Krapp-Schickel & Muller, 2011). Hawaii (Barnard, 1970).
