Nothrotrombidium larvae were reported as parasites of Lepidoptera (Noctuidae) View in CoL and of short-horned grasshoppers of the family Acrididae View in CoL ( Southcott 1987; Ahmadi et al. 2011). During this study two species of Nothrotrombidium were collected, Nothrotrombidium sp. and Nothrotrombidium birjandensis Noei, 2017 .
