Diagnosis. Head very transverse in anterior view, without ornamentation; clypeal margin bidentate ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ); each funicular segment with one row of sensilla; clava brown ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ); mandible formula 4:4, distal tooth sharp ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ). Mesosoma almost flattened; fore coxa mainly dark, mid and hind coxae pale yellow, the latter with a small dark spot basally; fore wing hyaline. Metasoma dorsally brown except small pale basal depression ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ).

Description. Holotype female, body length: 2 mm. Colour ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ): head black, with very slight blue-green reflections; eyes reddish, ocelli whitish; scape and pedicel reddish-brown, darker dorsally; flagellum light brown; mandible dark reddish-brown. Mesosoma as head, but with slight coppery reflections on pronotum, scutellum, axillae and axillulae; wings hyaline; tegula and venation brown; fore coxa mainly dark, mid and hind coxae pale yellow, the latter with a small dark spot basally; trochanters and tibiae pale yellow; femora and tarsi yellow, tips of the latter darker. Metasoma dorsally brown except small pale basal depression; hind margin of distal tergites slightly darker; lateral and ventral sides of metasoma extensively pale yellow basally; ovipositor sheaths brown.

Head very transverse in anterior view, without ornamentation; clypeal margin bidentate ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ); each funicular segment with one row of sensilla ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ); mandible formula 4:4, distal tooth sharp; gena strongly receding towards mouth, but not hollowed at mouth corner ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 24 ); temple virtually absent; occiput straight. Relative measurements—length: 18; width: 41; height: 28; POL: 10; OOL: 8; eye height: 17; eye length: 13; malar space: 9; mouth width: 17; distance between clypeal margin and toruli: 18; scape length: 17; pedicel length: 3.5; pedicel width: 2.5; pedicel plus flagellum: 47; F1 length: 4; F1 width: 4; F6 length: 5; F6 width: 4; clava length: 12; clava width: 4.5.

Mesosoma almost flattened ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ); propodeum smooth; fore wing with basal cell bare, open below; basal vein irregularly pilose; ventral side of costal cell with one row of few hairs and a few additional hairs in distal third; speculum reaching parastigma; stigma not long, lower edge not emarginate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ). Relative measurementslength: 42; width: 31; height: 23; mesoscutum length: 16; scutellum length: 14; scutellum width: 15; propodeum length: 6; fore wing length: 100; fore wing width: 50; M: 24; S: 10; P: 26.

Metasoma ovate-acuminate ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ); ovipositor sheaths clearly visible in dorsal view. Relative measurements—length: 60; width: 27; length of first tergite: 12; distance from base of metasoma to tip of hypopygium: 27.

Variability. In female paratypes the metasoma ranges from 1.4–1.7× as long as broad, the ovipositor sheaths varying from hardly visible to distinctly visible in dorsal view.

Distribution. Vietnam, Indonesia.

Hosts. Unknown.

Etymology. From the Latin “ duplus ” (double), which refers to the shape of the clypeal margin, which has two small teeth.
