Material examined: Holotype (female) LACMIP 2533.293 / LACMIP Type 3425 (fig. 58).

Description:

Female (N=1, figs. 58, 166–168):

Total length 7.6 mm.

Head (fig. 168): Length 1.00 mm, black. Complex eye rather small, oval. Ocellar triangle tall and prominent. Antenna rather long and slender, flagellum 0.69 mm log, 0.17 mm wide, 8-segmented. Palpus blackish-brown, rather long, last segment cylindrical.

Thorax (fig. 168): Length 2.1 mm, brownish-black, haltere light brown.

Legs: Femora brownish-yellow, fore and mid-femora with dark brown tips. Fore- and mid-tibiae and tarsi blackish-brown, slender. Hind tibia brownish yellow- with brown tip, first tarsomere basally pale brown, apically brown, distal hind tarsomeres brown. Fore femur 1.8 mm long, fore tibia 1.9 mm long, 0.21 mm wide, fore first tarsomere 0.87 mm long, hind first tarsomere 0.92 mm long.

Wing (fig. 167): Length 7.2 mm, width 2.5 mm, length/width = 2.9. Brown fumose, rather narrow. Costal cell not darkened. Veins brown. Pterostigma brown, fairly distinctive. Humeral vein present, oblique. Subcosta basally very strong, but fading apically, straight, running quite close to R. Costa extends to about one-third distance between apices of R 4+5 and M 1. R 2+3 rather long, evenly curved. R 4+5 apically almost straight. R-M slightly oblique. Fork of M symmetrical, veins gently curved. CuA-veins apically gently curved, almost straight. CuP basally strong, apically rather weak, running parallel to CuA. Vein measurements are given in Table 4.

Abdomen: Length 5.1 mm, blackish-brown, spindle-shaped. Cerci pointed.
