Original description.

Translation.

From stations 48, 51, 54, 107, 114, 121, 127, 130 (439 - 748 m). Distinguished from Nassa munda by the much sparser, but more sharply pronounced axial ribs between which the spiral stripes are clearly visible. Except for the smooth initial whorls, the others bear a tubercled cord on their upper part next to the suture.

Shell height about 7.5, width about 3.5 mm; mouth about 3.5 mm high and 2 mm wide.

Like Nassa munda , it is found in the continental zone, at depths of 439-748 m.
