a junior syn. of Stigmella tranocrossa Kempermen & Wilkinson, 1985 .
Morphology update ( Figs 76–79 View FIGURES 76–79 ): Uncus with two large median and two smaller lateral lobes (76, 78). Aedeagus with three large apical cornuti and a compact group of 5 smaller basal cornuti ( Figs 76, 79 View FIGURES 76–79 ).
Material examined: 1 ♂, paratype of Stigmella ussurica , Primorskiy Kray, 20 km E Ussuriysk, Gornotayezhnoe , 6.vii.1982, leg. R. Puplesis, genitalia slide no. AG 410 ( ZIN) .
