Distribution.

This is the first record of this species from Namibia, the species is otherwise widely distributed in the Afrotropical Region with records from Uganda, Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Africa ( Freeman 1961; Freeman and Cranston 1980; Curtis 1991; Harrison 2004; Ashe and O’Connor 2009). No specimens of this species were successfully barcoded as a part of this project.
