( Figs 1q–t View FIGURE 1 , 6 View FIGURE 6 )

Description. Crown wider than pronotum, of milky with orange patterns, coronal suture distinct basally. Eyes pale gray. Face slightly convex in profile, frontoclypeal area and anteclypeus long and slim, lorum small. Forewing white, basal part not transparent, with orange patterns, distal part semitransparent, without patterns, 2 small black spots near outer margin ( Figs 1q, r, s, t View FIGURE 1 ).

Pygofer dorsal appendage extremely broad basally, tapering towards apex, slightly curved ventrad ( Figs 6a, c View FIGURE 6 ). Pygofer side with 2 rows of microsetae near posterior margin and group of macrosetae at cephalo-ventral angle ( Fig. 6a View FIGURE 6 ). Subgenital plate outer margin broadened subbasally and contracted medially, with row of microsetae along outer margin from subbase towards apex, subbasal microsetae larger and forming a group, 3 macrosetae of different length medially near outer margin ( Fig. 6a View FIGURE 6 ). Connective Y-shaped, with manubrium broad and central lobe rudimentary ( Fig. 6d View FIGURE 6 ). Style with apex roundly curved ( Figs 6e, f View FIGURE 6 ). Aedeagus with preatrium processes extremely developed and distinctly exceeding aedeagal shaft, aedeagal shaft tubular, gonopore apically with paired developed processes on each side, processes bifurcated subbasally, upper branch about 1/2 length of lower branch ( Figs 6g, h View FIGURE 6 ).

Measurement. Male 2.00– 2.02mm, female 2.00mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guangdong Prov., Shaoguan , 2018.VIII.3, coll. Shuanghu Lin ; Paratypes: 1♂, same data as holotype ; 1♂, Jiangxi Prov., Ganzhou , 2018.VII.22, coll. Chen Yang.

Remarks. This new species is similar to T. bicruris , but lacks the anal tube appendage, has the aedeagus with pair of preatrium processes extremely elongated and the shaft processes with the upper branch much shorter than the lower branch, and the pygofer lobe without a ventral appendage.

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin words “longus” and “binatus”, referring to the aedeagus with a pair of preatrium processes extremely elongated.
