13. Acalypha gummifera Lundell (1940: 10)   . Type:― BELIZE. Toledo: Camp 34, British Honduras–Guatemala boundary survey, on hilltop in partial shade, ca. 900 m, 23 June 1934, W.A. Schipp 1290 (holotype MICH!, isotypes A!, BM!, F!, GH!, MO!, NY!).

Distribution:— America. Mexico Southeast, Central America: Belize, Guatemala and Honduras.

Voucher:— MEXICO: Chiapas, Mun. Ocosingo, west shore of Laguna Ocotal Grande , 3200 ft, 11 April 1967, D. Breedlove 15650 ( DS, F, MICH, NY,   US).
