Among those species, 19 are known from larvae, and four are known from both larvae and post-larval stages. Callidosoma ripicolum (Womerseley 1934) is described only as adults (Clark, 2014, Costa et al., 2017). Southcott (1972) described three species of Callidosoma stated some metric data, and wrote just specialized setae for them.
