[December 1855], Triana s. n. [Triana 3281 (5433.17)] (lectotype designated here: BM [barcode BM 000611593] photo!; isolectotype: MPU [barcode MPU 014293, fragments] photo!). Notes: — When Planchon & Triana (1860) published Chrysochlamys laxa they provided both infructescence and vegetative characters descriptions, additionally they cited a Triana specimen. We found two specimens associated with C. laxa (BM 000611593 and MPU 014293). On BM 000611593 specimen the infructescence morphology and type label note “ Alto de Buenavista, Alt 600 ” coincide with C. laxa protologue information.	en	Caro-Sánchez, Angy V., Marinho, Lucas C., Idárraga-Piedrahíta, Alvaro, Alzate-Guarín, Fernando (2024): Miscellaneous nomenclatural notes on Andean Chrysochlamys (Clusiaceae: Clusieae). 03B7DB3CFFD4B77DFF1FF959FBF090D2.taxon	materials_examined	Type: — BOLIVIA. San Antonio bei Mapiri, Waldbaum, 850 m, December 1907, O. Buchtien 1879 (lectotype designated here: US [barcode US 00114315] photo!; isolectotype: NY [barcode NY 00072357] photo!) Notes: — Pax (in Lingelsheim et al. 1909) published Chrysochlamys macrophylla but did not mention any herbarium in the protologue. According to Stafleu & Cowan (1976 – 1988), Otto Buchtien’s specimens obtained in his explorations in Bolivia and Chile were sent to US. Therefore, we designate the specimen US 00114315 as a lectotype since this specimen bears a staminate inflorescence and has a citation of Buchtien’s collection.	en	Caro-Sánchez, Angy V., Marinho, Lucas C., Idárraga-Piedrahíta, Alvaro, Alzate-Guarín, Fernando (2024): Miscellaneous nomenclatural notes on Andean Chrysochlamys (Clusiaceae: Clusieae). 03B7DB3CFFD5B77CFF1FFF09FC459586.taxon	description	When D’Arcy (1978) proposed elevate Dystovomita to genus level, he proposed that Dystovomita species exhibit “ a minor venation inconspicuous and inflorescences sessile and fascicled ”, characters not seen in the type of Tovomita microcarpa. For these reasons, we proposed to T. microcarpa type matches with taxonomic concept of Chrysochlamys. Additionally, we considered that another morphological character agrees with this decision, like the shape and consistency of leaves; the shape and dimension of petiole bases; the scars, pattern, and degree of branching on axillary inflorescence (personal observations of LCM and AVCS).	en	Caro-Sánchez, Angy V., Marinho, Lucas C., Idárraga-Piedrahíta, Alvaro, Alzate-Guarín, Fernando (2024): Miscellaneous nomenclatural notes on Andean Chrysochlamys (Clusiaceae: Clusieae). 03B7DB3CFFD5B77CFF1FFD49FE37904E.taxon	description	K [barcode, K 000488479] photo!, MPU [barcode MPU 014291] photo!). ≡ Tovomitopsis myrcioides (Planchon & Triana) D’Arcy, Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 67 (4): 1038. 1980 [1981]. Notes: — Although we found differences in collector numbering and locality information on herbarium specimens for C. myrcioides (COL, K, MPU and P) when we review London Catalog notes (see “ Materials and methods ” section, “ Nomenclatural history of Andean Chrysochlamys species ” section, figure 1, and Reinales & Parra-O. 2022), we can confirm that numbering 5433.10 labeled by Triana in COL corresponds to numbering 3274 labeled by Triana in K. Moreover, we found that COL and MPU locality label note “ Nouvelle Grenade prov. de Antioquia ” coincides better with the locality “ Antioquia (Quindio) ” cited in London Catalog, whence all these specimens are the original set of C. myrcioides. It is important to note that isolectotype housed at K (K 000488479) is mixed on the same sheet. Although that both morphology and the locality on K 000488478 “ Antioquia forêts du Quindio ” coincide with C. myrcioides type information, the numbering on the label does not correspond to either code A or code B, so is not possible associate it with C. myrcioides type material.	en	Caro-Sánchez, Angy V., Marinho, Lucas C., Idárraga-Piedrahíta, Alvaro, Alzate-Guarín, Fernando (2024): Miscellaneous nomenclatural notes on Andean Chrysochlamys (Clusiaceae: Clusieae).
