03B2878F2548FFD8FE64FE803356FAE6.taxon	description	Description. Male, holotype. Body subparallel, shiny (Fig. 1). Body length 6.7 mm. Color black, fore angles of clypeus, genae, fore angles of pronotum, sides, apices, and sutaral intervals of elytrae chestnut. Clypeus without emargination, its fore angles rounded. Genae small, feebly marked, not protruding past the eyes. Eyes very small in dorsal view. Clypeus punctate (punctures separated by a diameter). Frontal suture slightly visible. Frons more densely punctate than clypeus, its punctures almost adjoining. Pronotum coarsely punctate (punctures separated by a diameter on disc, becoming denser and smaller on fore part). Lateral margins very coarsely punctate, appearing distinctly serrate, especially hind angles (Fig. 2). Scutellum triangular, punctate in basal part, shiny. Elytra with strong humeral teeth. Striae deep, very coarsely punctate (punctures of striae separated by 0.5 times a puncture diameter). Intervals slightly convex, impunctate. Elytra pubescent with relatively long yellowish setae on sides and apices, and with minute setae on disc; each seta deposited near fore margin of a strial puncture. Fore tibiae with short lateral teeth; tibial spur slightly curved inward. Upper spur of hind tibia noticeably longer than the first segment of tarsus. Aedeagus (Fig. 4). Female can be separated from male by the fore tibial spur not curved inward. Stylus relatively wide with 7 setae (Fig. 3). Variability. Body length of paratypes 6.0 to 6.8 mm. Color of elytra from black to dark brown, sutural intervals slightly lighter in most specimens.	en	Frolov, Andrey V. (2002): A New Species Of Aegialia Latreille From China (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae). 03B2878F2548FFD8FE64FE803356FAE6.taxon	diagnosis	Differential Diagnosis. The new species can be separated from other described species of the subgenus Silluvia (Strebnicka 1977, 1997) by the combination of distinctly serrate lateral margins of pronotum and relatively long setae on sides and apices of elytrae, as well as by the shape of aedeagus and stylus.	en	Frolov, Andrey V.
