Gonocoxite oblong; distal division with fine, straight group of setae. Columnar process short with group of similar-length setae, 1 more developed and inserted in internal surface; apex with 2 strong, pointed setae (a and b), inserted at same level; seta a shorter than seta b. Gonostylus wide, strong, elongate, claw-like; abrupt curve in medial area; group of spicules on dorsal surface close to terminal area; broad, leaf-like gonostylar claw with pointed apex. Aedeagus with prominent, strong ventral process; dorsoventral process pointed; dorsal process long, thorn-like. Aedeagal sclerite narrow, hook-like; apical process with concave depression. Tergum X with inner process; concave external outline. Each lobe with 5 simple setae; distance between lobes equal to basal width; discrete pointed aspect at apex. Gonocoxite oblong; subapical lobe with 5 equivalent setae always larger than the columnar process; presence of 1 short seta at base of subapical lobe. Columnar process with 2 evident, strong setae (a and b), seta a inserted basal to seta b; both robust, filiform, apically pointed. Four or 5 setae inserted in base of columnar process; 2 more robust than the others. Gonostylus elongate, curved at apex; dorsal surface concave; ventral surface convex; broad, leaf-like gonostylar claw with pointed apex. Aedeagus with dorsolateral process; ventral process hook-like; dorsolateral and dorsal processes pointed. Aedeagal sclerite curved, pointed, hook-like. Tergum X symmetrical, connected to paraproct. Type locality: Acacias, Meta, Colombia.</p><p>Pecor et al. 2000: 213 (distr.).</p><p>Male genitalia (Fig. 20): Tergum IX lobes developed; medium-sized; internal margin slightly rounded; length 1.5x basal width; distance between lobes 3–4x basal width; apex with 1 or 2 fine, short, simple setae. Gonocoxite oblong, similar to that of Cx. neglectus but with group of small setae on subapical lobe; 2 sinuous setae inserted dorsoventrally; 1 leaf-like seta apically isolated. Columnar process medium-sized, robust; apex with 2 straight, apically curved setae (a and b), inserted at same level; seta a smaller than seta b; external margin with 2 long, pointed setae; ventromesal surface with 3 simple setae. Gonostylus narrow, elongate, discrete with convex outline at basal level; broad, leaf-like gonostylar claw with pointed apex. Aedeagus with beak-like ventral process, dorsolateral process pointed. Aedeagal sclerite pointed at apical process; narrow, smooth, hook-like outline.
