Hymenial surface smooth, punctate, greyish white when fresh, murine to cream to pale pink upon drying. Sterile margin distinct, greyish white, thinning out, up to 0.5 mm wide. Hyphal system monomitic, generative hyphae with clamp connections, colorless, thin-walled, branched, interwoven, 1.5 – 3 µm in diameter; IKI –, CB –, tissues unchanged in KOH. Cystidia numerous, thinwalled, subcylindrical to subclavate with an obtuse apex, occasionally sinuous in the basal position, 20.5 – 52.5 × 5 – 11 µm, with a clamp connection at base; cystidioles absent. Hyphidia arising from generative hyphae, nodulose, frequently branched, colorless, thin-walled, 1 – 4 μm in diameter. Basidia ellipsoid to ovoid, longitudinally septate, two to four-celled, 10.5 – 15.5 × 8 – 11 µm; basidioles dominant, similar to basidia in shape, but slightly smaller.
