Type. Eufalconius pendleburyi Günther, 1938 type species by original designation of Eufalconius Günther, 1938 .

Remarks. The genus formerly consisted of only one species from Peninsular Malaysia [ Eufalconius pendleburyi Günther, 1938 from central Peninsular Malaysia (Selangor and Pahang)] (Cigliano et al., 2025). Species of this corticolous genus have (I) very wide metalateral plates (strong triangular ML projection), (II) females with flattened distal segment of the hind tarsi, and (III) lack of ventrolateral spine (Muhammad et al., 2018).
