Muhammad, I.A. Azizan, Badrulhadza Amzah, Izzuddin Abdullah, Akmal Hidayat, Mohamad Iman; HSHTT2024.068 (MZUM) .

Remarks. Our specimen represents the first record of the species in Sekayu, Terengganu. Although this species is widely distributed in Peninsular Malaysia, its distribution is exclusive within the peninsula due to its dependency on fast-flowing rocky rivers, limiting its dispersal ability (Muhammad et al., 2023).
