Type material. Paratypes USNM 1086430 (1 spm), USNM 1086431 (7 spms) .

Remarks. Schander et al. (2006) recorded that the holotype is deposited in the Natural History Museum, Bergen, Norway; additional paratypes are in this museum and in the Zoological Museum, University of Moscow, Moscow, Russia.
